1. Service Scope & Coaching Intent

Welcome to Demo Company. Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions, subconscious neural audits, and executive advisory programs are designed for personal empowerment, mindset reframing, and professional clarity.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are managed through our real-time multi-timezone scheduling engine. To respect your coach's schedule and maintain operational flow:

• Appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session time.

3. Payment & Refund Terms

Payments for paid coaching consultation sessions or specialized programs are processed securely prior to session confirmation. Refund requests submitted 24+ hours before session start will be processed in full.

4. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, workbook materials, audio reframing protocols, and proprietary subconscious audit tools remain the sole intellectual property of Demo Company.
